JN Heating is a leading provider of wood pellet stoves and BBQ's in Southern Alberta, and in late 2009 Nerds On Site designed and launched a brand-new website designed to showcase JN Heating's offerings and services.

Daintree is a leading provider of tools and platforms for the development and operation of wireless embedded networks based on standards such as ZigBee and IEEE 802.15.4. Nerds On Site was subcontracted to manage the hosting team, design team and implementation team on this project. We also integrated the existing eCommerce package and software registration system into their new CMS website, and implemented full SEO optimization across the entire site.

Entire construction management system that allowed a large Ontario hospital to control every aspect of their renovations (a $100 million renovation). All communication, documentation and quotes/costs were maintained in the system. The management team commented that they were gathering information that they never knew before and removed the need for paper & pen documentation. |

PCIS (Palliative Care Information System) |
 Nerds on Site was commissioned to port an old dBase application to an internal web platform for the Manitoba Health Authority. This application is currently used to keep track of palliative care clients. It also generates provincially required reports. |

Elgin St. Thomas Public Health |

 Developed an entire website for Elgin St. Thomas Health Unit that they can 100% administer themselves without any website knowledge needed. A secure login allows selected staff to add/update documents as needed. We also developed their intranet site, as well as several external websites for various committees.

South Eastman Health/Sante Sud-Est Inc. |
 This is the main website (http://sehealth.mb.ca) for this RHA (Regional Health Authority). Nerds on Site was commissioned as the project manager on a new website for the South Eastman Health Regional Health Authority. In order to complete this project, we had to liaise between the company providing the CMS (Content Management System) and the South Eastman Health Regional Health Authority, which entailed meeting with nearly 20 managers and 3 vice presidents. As a project manager, Nerds on Site ensured that this project was completed on time and on budget. We were integral in helping them choose technologies that worked for them and were sustainable with the resources they had available. |

JetRes Reservation System |
 An extremely successful Ontario-based tourism company, Whirlpool Jet Boar Tours, commissioned Nerds on Site to build a reservation system for their booming international business. This application is a complete rebuild of an existing application (Terra). The new application will provide an updated interface and a far superior data storage facility as well as better accounting integration for the booking process. |
 Developed global web based solutions to manage Nerds On Site contractors across 6 countries. This system handles accounting, inventory management, credit card processing, client management, resources and many more additional areas to allow nerds across the world to fully run their business from a single application. Currently in the final stages of integrating a custom accounting solution, removing the need to use QuickBooks. |

Custom quotation module which calculated all the required sizing for material, costs and tooling for a manufacturing plant. The application provided separate login for sales people to create their own quotes while inside staff could get detailed breakdowns of cost.> |
